Within 5-10 min walk, at “luxury marina” Porto Portals with upscale restaurants like Tahini, Capuccino and "Diablito".

For kids super fun Marineland (marine  theme park with dolphin show, aviary, penguins etc.), Kathmandu Park  theme park 7 min by car), Mini Golf Fantasia (10min walk), Western Waterpark and many more. Mallorca also has a number of excellent golf courses, check out Real Golf Bendinat.

5 min Playa Son Caliu with a pier, paddle surf or diving course to book, 10 min Playa Palmanova (beach volley) or Playa  S'Oratori (book sailing course) with perfect little islets to explore!

Shopping in Palma

Visit old town near Cathedral for small boutiques with souveniers or famous Passeig Del Born for highstreet (Zara, Mango) or highend (Louis Vuitton, Pretty Ballerinas) shopping. Nearby is also El Corte Ingles luxury department store!Nearby Airport Palma visit FAN Shopping Mall!

Sightseeing

15 min by car on M-1 Route to Palma, visit bohemian Santa Catalina bario, or ancient Valdemosa, Santanyi on Tuesday market or Cap Formentor or 10km white sand beach in Baya Alcudia or bio reserve El Estrenc.  

Getting around in Mallorca

Rent a car to do the sightseeing  and see some nice spots! 3 min from the apartment there is a bus stop to Palma or the airport. There is even a train station from downtown Palma to Manacor, Binissalem.
